What happens when someone does not die, yet meets Jesus!
Happy Valentine’s Day.
What happens when someone does not die, yet meets Jesus!
Happy Valentine’s Day.
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
John 15:12-13 AMP (Jesus speaking)
“12 This is My commandment: that you love one another [just] as I have loved you.
13 No one has greater love [no one has shown stronger affection] than to lay down (give up) his own life for his friends.
14 You are My friends if you keep doing the things I command you to do.”
Jesus died to remove the sin that separated us from Him. To reconcile us back to Himself! (Reconcile- to restore friendly relations between.) That’s how much He loves us.
2 Corinthians 5:18-21 AMP
“18. But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Him].
19.It was God [personally present] in Christ, reconciling and restoring the world to favor with Himself, not counting up and holding against [men] their trespasses [but cancelling them], and committing us to the message of reconciliation (of the restoration to favor).
20. So we are Christs ambassadors, God making His appeal as it were through us. We [as Christ’s personal representives] beg you for His sake to lay hold of the divine favor [now offered to you] and be reconciled to God.
21. For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].”
There is no better Valentine, than Jesus. 🙂
